may has an attitude problem. i don?t know what her deal is but every time i come in there she has some kind of stank face on for... no reason. working at starbucks sucks but it?s still a customer service job, which means you do need to treat the customers (andyour other baristas, i?ve seen the way she interacts with them) with respect. being snippy and rude for no reason is uncalledfor and earns you no tips. Good Starbucks as usual but to me I always wait at least 10/15 min for my drink inside and I feel like they make drive through... the main priority that?s why everybody waits so long in the inside it?s very frustrating but I just simply wait but it?saggravating waiting so long and being late for work Read more

Worst customer service I've ever received at a Starbucks, very slow indoors. I watched many cars go through the drive through,it... took 15 minutes just to get our 2 simple drinks made. She called our name when we got up there only 1 was made, she made 2drinks in between 1 of them for the drive through employee to personally drink then when I inquired about our other drink andshe rudely responded give me a minute not once was I rude or gave this girl a reason to be this way to me. She finally made ourother drink and rudely slid it across the counter towards us and walked away. This is a great way to lose clientele, do betterStarbucks. Read more

I can not even express how much my morning has been made by Starbucks on church and van. I hadn?t been by in a while because I... got married but this am I was finally back to my regular routine. Immediately Kai noticed me and said he hadn?t seen me in awhile so we caught up a bit . Ordered something and waited in the drive-through line for at least 10 minutes and when I got to the window they had the gall to... tell me that they gave it away to one of the delivery drivers and didn?t have anything else. The guy was somewhat apologetic butI feel like that something they should?ve been aware of before they let me order and sit there for so long. I was thankful toget a full refund but expect more from Starbucks. Read more
