I REALLY don?t like how this Starbucks holds Mobile Orders hostage. The point is supposed to be convenience, and often baristas... ACTIVELY avoid eye contact with you as you wait patiently at the designated area, and you can see your order just sitting theregetting colder or losing ice by the minute. Seriously waited over 10 minutes, when I ordered 10 minutes beforehand. AND oursandwich we ordered was cold and inedible. I really wish they would take after other Starbucks by putting the order on thecounter ready to go, have a separate designated area, or simply give the feedback to the barista assigned to the mobile ordersto acknowledge those waiting right away. Support small business!! There are many other places to enjoy better coffee in the Square. This business will allow its... customers cars to be booted in their parking lot. It?s a racket. Very deceitful. Poor business practice. Read more

Every time I come here I get the same thing. A caramel crunch frappe with extra extra crunch. And EVERYTIME I receive it there?s... a little sprinkle of crunch. Honestly if you?re out of something, and the customer asks for that SPECIFICALLY, tell them youdon?t freaking have it. This time we came, not only was there NO CRUNCH but my girlfriends frappe was all whip cream and alittle bit of coffee. Honestly this is ridiculous, this Starbucks sucks like 100% and we will not be returning. We tried callingfor our money back and no answer!!! This needs to be resolved!!!!!! Read more

The girl who takes orders on 10/25 in the morning is RUDE. She either expects that everyone is going to have an attitude so she... beats you to the punch or she is just rude to women. Watched her be nice to the guys behind me but she was so cold towards meand even made weird faces when I asked a question about comparable drink options. Read more

I use this store for mobile orders and every time I have to wait for my order - even 15 minutes after my order was placed. This... is consistent - the attitudes are never sorry, it?s more like they?re doing me a favor. When I walk in and everyone is sharingon their phones and chit chatting on the headsets it?s unforgivable. Read more

i never have an issue here,always order on uber eats,today i called to make sure my order was correct and they said yes we got... it we will make as ordered,they sent it wrong and then i called to inform and let them know,they didnt answer until 3 callslater let the employee know i was ordering again,they said perfect just re order,and come to find out they turned the uber offright away so i wouldnt place the order,what a shame of an employee,just when you thought starbucks could never,get that icalled with the best attitude and understanding the mistake! It was just okay. Very dirty on the floor, huge location with tables stacked and moved saying "Tables Temporarily Closed" which... means "no dine in" It seemed very slow to get the product when not many people were in the store. Tables had a big sticker onthem saying temporarily not in use. Americano Coffee was good and hot on a cold day I appreciated that. The guy at the drivethru window was the nicest employee and handed me the bag and he was the only one that was really busting it. I asked for aplastic bag from another employee and she said we are not allowed but did not offer a paper bag. Read more
