I am a fellow Starbucks partner leaving this review from a friends phone as to remain anonymous. Tonight I went in around 7 PM... and a partner named Ari who was clearly on shift apron and all was having a phone call and laughing right on the floor to thepoint where I took notice. There were other customers in the cafe as well, so I?m sure they did too. Regardless, I came in as acustomer so expected a customers treatment, which I did not get. This was also noticeable as others on shift, I believe Sabrinaand Ty, were hard at work the entire time and did give me that Starbucks treatment. Worse customer service ever! Barista named RJ was very rude and belittling to my husband when he asked if his drink was ready,... after she forgot to take his name. It was very apparent that she was racist, being how she was talking to the only two blackpeople in the store and kind of way. At least keep your racism in check while at work, shame on Starbucks for hiring thishorrible individual! Read more

I really don?t know what happened with them/ their ingredients... this morning, however my PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE tasted like ?MOLD? yes I said it MOLD!! I did notify them and they offered toremake it!
