This Starbucks does not handle customized orders very well. This is the second time I?ve created a custom order (not that... complicated) and they have seriously messed it up. Last time, I asked for cinnamon and they put so much on the top I had toscoop it out with a spoon and still had too much left. I?ve placed this order multiple times at several other locations and theyall get it right and not try to put too much or too little of something. I asked for my Shaken Expresso to be layered like the photo and not mixed to keep the flavor. I heard one of the employees say I... will make it the way I want to make it. Once she completed the drink, she looked at me in my eyes and waited for a potentialproblem. I simply took my incorrect drink and left. Starbucks is suffering from insufficient staffing.
