Waited 20 min and never got my order or a receipt, this place is super slow go somewhere else!
15 minutes in the drive thru - 2 cars in front of me ordered one drink just like me. 3 employees should be enough. I asked for... light ice and it?s 2/3 full of ice. Brookstone Starbucks puts this one to shame. Read more
This Starbucks does not handle customized orders very well. This is the second time I?ve created a custom order (not that... complicated) and they have seriously messed it up. Last time, I asked for cinnamon and they put so much on the top I had toscoop it out with a spoon and still had too much left. I?ve placed this order multiple times at several other locations and theyall get it right and not try to put too much or too little of something. I wish this location wasn?t the closest to my house.Might have to start making a little bit further of a drive to get good coffee with better service Read more
