I've been here a handful of times over the past three years. There's no atmosphere, period unless you count that it's a pinch... nicer than usual grocery store Starbucks. The seating is tight though they've a few places to sit outside. My coffee alwaystastes off. Too strong or not strong enough. It doesn't have its own bathroom so you have to go in the store. Bathrooms areimportant to me since my work requires me to drive all day to various locations. Read more
Everyone that works at this Starbucks is super nice and friendly, but every single time I order an Iced Coffee there with light... cream and light sugar, I get the exact opposite. In fact, what I get is a glass of milk with a splash of coffee and simple syrupin it. You guys are super nice and good at what you do, but when someone says light cream and sugar that's usually just whatthey mean, not in fact, half a gallon of milk and 10 pumps of simple syrup. And every time I think about asking you guys toremake it, I feel bad, cos you're nice and it's only coffee and usually there are 7 people in line behind me waiting on drinksand I don't want to impede anyone, but just go easy on the milk! It has been happening to me at least 3 times and it is not related to their staffing. Whenever I had multiple orders they... wouldn?t care about serving them all at once. They postponed the easy one and rather to take care of drive through and theirmobile orders pick up first. Just happened today to me and I had to wait for my daughter?s order over 15 minutes. It was alemonade strawberry Acai ! I could see that in front of me, they are taking care of people who even ordered after me inside.That was insane!. Read more
