This place is poorly managed. Today I drove through to get a smoothie. The price on the menu stated $10. I was charged $11. When... I questioned the young man at the window (obviously this is not his fault), he told me all the prices on the menu were incorrectbecause the manager had not updated them. This is a poor and dishonest business practice. Don?t raise prices until you take thetime to adjust the menu to reflect the new prices. There was also a time when I walked to this store with my young kids and theyneed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was FILTHY but we had not choice to use it because they are small and had to go! and allthe napkin dispensers were empty. Read more
