The first impression walking in was the salad bar that was a wreck with food everywhere! We were seated and ordered drinks only... to be told they were out of almost all the things we wanted. Next we ordered our dinners which again was hit and miss on whatthey had in stock. This was after dinner rush. The manager was just walking around with her cup of coffee. There was no one in charge. The cook as understood couldn?t leave he has to make the food. The bartender couldn?t leave because... she had people waiting on her and all that is perfectly understandable as they were doing their jobs, but this one guy came andhelped us and he was doing a little bit of everything. My point is there was no management. A manager isn?t just suppose to sitin an office all day, come out of your cave and help your workers with the costumers. My wife and I went to Ruby Tuesday on last Sunday. The young lady that greeted us, Dylesha, was all smiles as she took us to our... tables and whenever we had a question for her. The General Manager, Bernard, spoke to us and was very personable. Our server,Keisha, was very attentive to us making sure that our needs were met. The food was delicious. I had the salmon with broccoli andrice. The broccoli was cooked just like I like it. I loved his ribs, shrimp and chicken tenders. All in all it was a greatexperience. Read more
Terrible experience from the drinks to the food that came out almost cold. Drink that you paid for top shelf nothing but sour. I... use to love going here but, the quality of service, food and drinks is not good at all. I must say that the salad bar was greatas usual. Read more
Came here because I hadn't been in years. Guess I won't be back. Not the worse in the world but definitely not good. First... took a while to get greeted. Second I ordered the happy hour spinach dip, was charged full price. Ordered the happy hour drinkwas overcharged a dollar. The glass was ridiculously tall and the drink way too sweet and weak. The salad bar was cold whichis good and stocked. The iceberg lettuce needed to be tossed. Brown spots. The ranch dressing was practically empty and evenwhen I went for my second round it was empty. The biggest disappointment was the pasta salad. A few years ago they took it offand then put it back. It used to taste like my grandmother's. This has zero taste and the sauce they use, which should be theconsistency of mayo was more like olive oil. The chips for the dip were horrible. You can see the oil sitting on top. Theywere stuck together and were soft. Server was ok she was walking around so I can't really blame her for the restaurant beingunderstand. No one was running food so my food came out dead,. I asked them to refresh it for me and I heard the cookscomplaining. Actually the food runner should have never have delivered it and had it refreshed before it left the kitchen. Iuse to like Ruby Tuesday's. The menu has nothing exciting on it. The food is ok. I got the shrimp pasta and the shrimp was sotiny. I'm not sure if it's the restaurants fault but you don't put tiny shrimp with a penne pasta. Watch a cooking show everynow and then. At least the sauce was good, and the pasta was cooked al dented. Many years have passed since I have dined at Ruby Tuesday. Honestly, the main reason why I came here (besides being hungry) was... because it was the nearest restaurant that was open at the time that offered dining in. My order: Awesome Burger: For being aplant-based burger, I was satisfied with how filling it was and yet shocked that it was only 80 calories. I do not count ycalories, but low number of calories was shocking to me. The brioche bun was nice and toasty, and I enjoyed that with theburger. I did not modify the toppings on the burger (lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles); however, in the future I would wantto top it differently. Service wise I was happy with my waitress. She performed her job well. I felt bad because it seemed likeshe was the only one in the restaurant. Consequently, the service time was a little bit longer than it should have been.Management should do a better job with staffing their restaurant so that speed of service may improve. Read more
My daughter and I like to go have Sunday lunch after church and I thought about this place because of their incredible salad... bar. We definitely appreciated and were very happy with our server Kevin. He was very friendly good customer service with asmile.. The food presentation was a little off but still tasty. Read more
