This Popeyes constantly provides good customer service and ensures my order is correct. I do not have a long wait like other... Popeyes locations and I am greeted when I walk in the door. Keldrick was very helpful and made sure I have utensils andcondiments. Jamil made sure my order was hot, fresh and correct. Jamil went out of his way assisting everyone in the lobby. The food is as top-ranking as usual, and the service is beyond our expectations! In such a tiring workday, we didn?t expect any... special warming service. But as we entered the restaurant, we definitely felt warmly welcomed. The cashier answered all ourquestions and explained the details with patience. The drive through line was long and although that was expected, It took 25 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got... my food. Slow service, can't seem to get any one's order correct. Phony nice/ trying to be personable, did not have what I wanted missing... items from my order. Wanted a gallon of sweet tea gave me unsweetened tea. Could not substitute for two thighs when I asked,butyou don't have legs or wing and asked me if it is ok to substitute for that. I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before realizing that they haven?t moved once.
