Drive through audio sounds like a machine from the 80's. Employees can barely understand me and rarely get my order correct.... Today when I ordered 2 large fries I received two large boxes both half full. Yet i paid for two full orders. The food is goodbut if you dont appreciate only receiving half of what you pay for then check your boxes before driving off. On many otheroccasions they forget to give me sides I pay for or biscuits with my tenders or even short me chicken by numerous pieces whenthe receipt shows I paid for more. Read more
No surprise that their attitude was awful. Ordered a five piece tender with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home opened... up my box and found three large breasts and a side of rice. Showed back up to fix it and the ?gentleman? Hand me my food andslammed the window in my face. I shouldn?t have to drive home and drive back to get the specs. I tried to call and nobody wouldanswer. The BEST Popeyes I?ve ever been to!!!! It?s one of those Hood Popeyes, but it?s not too Hood. They almost always have the menu... items and the customer service is amazing for a Popeyes. I?ve never once been insulted coming here and I?m a white dude. Theyare really busy, but they tend to knock everything out in like 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes (or even an hour at some ofthese places). The management here must be really good because they are workin miracles over here. So yeah it?s still aPopeyes, but it?s an actual good one. Read more
Oh my goodness my first time eating Popeyes . When I say it was delicious and well seasoned it?s an understatement. The chicken,... fries and biscuits were off the chains. Their cooks are just on point. The food was tasty, hot and fresh. When you?re aroundCobb Parkway don?t hesitate to try their delicious food by Dj and Mr Eddie. There is always just 1 single person working the front counter every time. Super Slow inside service. Waited over 15 min just to... order some food and another 15 to wait on my order. DO NOT go inside for your food. You are better off going thru the drivethru. You have been warned.... Read more
Ordered online....upon arriving at restaurant:1. No utensils, napkins, sauce included with order. 2. Shorted a biscuit from... our order. 3. Had to ask for beverage ordered as part of online order. 4. Ordered mild chicken tenders....was given severalspicy as part of the order. I can get equal or better quality food with better service for the same price elsewhere, and willprobably do so in the future. I've experienced similar poor service at other Popeyes locations, and to be blunt, if this is thebest they can do, I would suggest in the interest of preserving the investment of the owners, wind down and liquidate thebusiness. When you visit a Popeye's you never know what you will get for service. During our visit at this location we were promptly... greeted by staff and were told they would be with us shortly. In the meantime while we waited one of the servers talked to mythree children while finishing up with preparing a meal. The server then took the time needed to speak with us about the order,what was available and what might take time, and quickly filled out order. Our order was correct and hot. The only thing Iwould suggest is to have the location a bit cleaner. The restrooms needed a bit if attention. I also know employees are hard tocome by and work is often not what it used to be. Shouldn't even get 1 star. I placed a mobile order and it was a cluster F. First i was told someone had picked up my order. I... was in line for over 30 mins. They didn't have items I ordered and only offered dr pepper or unsweetened tea. Will never go tothis one ever again. Read more
