Drive through audio sounds like a machine from the 80's. Employees can barely understand me and rarely get my order correct.... Today when I ordered 2 large fries I received two large boxes both half full. Yet i paid for two full orders. The food is goodbut if you dont appreciate only receiving half of what you pay for then check your boxes before driving off. On many otheroccasions they forget to give me sides I pay for or biscuits with my tenders or even short me chicken by numerous pieces whenthe receipt shows I paid for more. Read more
No surprise that their attitude was awful. Ordered a five piece tender with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home opened... up my box and found three large breasts and a side of rice. The BEST Popeyes I?ve ever been to!!!! It?s one of those Hood Popeyes, but it?s not too Hood. They almost always have the menu... items and the customer service is amazing for a Popeyes. I?ve never once been insulted coming here and I?m a white dude. Theyare really busy, but they tend to knock everything out in like 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes (or even an hour at some ofthese places).
