This was my first experience with Planet Smoothie and if the service at this location is any indication of how the company... operates then I?ll gladly go back to Smoothie King or Tropical Joes instead. The customer service experience was atrocious. Shepulled me up to the window then never came to the window. After about a 5 minute wait I finally pulled up and went inside. Shedidn?t know what my order was and without an apology tells me she?ll make it while I wait. There was no other customer in thedrive thru or lobby area. Read more

I usually love this location,but after the experience i had this morning i will not be back. the cashier needs to go back to... elementary school to learn the basic fundamentals of math. she had a nasty attitude as well and got my order wrong. Read more

Love, love, LOVE this location! I just moved from Chicago and love that they have a drive through so I could avoid this crazy... heat! The staff is always super sweet and friendly, and even though there are new faces often, the smoothies are always spot on!I highly recommend the Nutty Brazilian (a retired smoothie which they can still make, so bonus points for that), the leapinlizard, and mango passion! These three are my all time faves, though I?ve had others and enjoyed them too. They keep theirblender jars for smoothies that have nuts separate from the other so my niece who?s allergic to almonds doesn?t have to worryabout cross contamination either, WIN! Took 15 minutes to get a smoothie, then it wasn?t blended all the way. It tasted weird to, like the bananas were way overripe.... Second time going, first time was also bad. So bad I actual reviewed it. Better off going literally anywhere else. Read more
