Ordered a big dinner box that comes with wings. They charged me 25 dollars and told me it doesn't come with wings. The dinner... box is 12 dollars and that's basically what I got. Won't spend another dime with any pizza hut. Wish I would have read thereviews. You guys need a whole new staff or to shut it down. Read more
Worst possible service, avoid this location if you can. I placed an order for my husband. The delivery ETA 3:59pm. I called 15... minutes after and a person who I believe introduced herself as ?ms.Donna? answered. She was dismissive. She said the driver wasout with orders now and should be there soon. I kindly asked if she could reach out to the driver so that we could get anupdated ETA, she quickly said: 10minutes.She did place me to reach out to the driver or mentioned that she had reached out tothe driver via text and they said 10 minutes. Nope, she basically just wanted to get me off the phone and she carelesslydismissed me.. I said thank you and hung up because I won?t cause any drama. My son complained his boneless wings taste different and squishy he ate a few n kept saying it don?t taste right on the outside... it has the sauce it looked fried but in the inside it was obviously Raw meanwhile my boneless wings was burned. Disappointed ... the order , cheesy bite pizza pepperoni Extra mushrooms... what we received ... almost no sauce , extra cheese... , maybe 12 pep and about 13 partial mushroom caps... to make this worse we have tried to contact the store and customer service5 times , have been transferred to ?management? 3 times and have been sent to a busy signal or disconnected each time... don?teven have recourse over this poor poor example of pizza huts efforts... refund expected at minimum.
