Save your time and just order from Mellow Mushroom. They're not that far from this location, the pizza is better, and the... service is much better. My experience is like everyone else's who has rated recently. You place an order, wait for your order,don't receive your order, call about your order, get put on hold, hang up, call back and pretend you're making a new order,employee picks up immediately (suddenly now available to take a new order although no one was available to give you an update onyour existing order seconds earlier), employee tells you that your order hasn't even been started yet even though the estimateddelivery time has already passed. This is a consistent issue with this location, not just a single bad night. My family used toorder from here every week for pizza night. Now we order from Mellow Mushroom. They might not deliver, but at least the pizza isready when it's supposed to be and they answer the phone when you call about your order. Read more
Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered pizza for kids' dinner at 8:27 pm. Estimated delivery was 9:04 pm. Almost two hours later I... called them to find out why we had no delivery yet and with NO APOLOGY, they said they only had one driver delivering multipleorders and my order wouldn't be delivered for another 30 minutes. This would make it 2.5 hours since I placed the order. Again,no apologies from these incompetent jokers. Had to find leftovers for the kids to eat. Honestly if I could give this store a zero I would, I absolutely hate people who choose to work in a place and be miserable and... rude get a better job that you actually like but I understand you probably can?t because a lot of you are illiterate, I placedmy order for a meat lovers and of course went home open my pizza and there?s only two meats on there pepperoni and beef, calledthe store to see if I can get a refund the only option they gave me was a store credit that I couldn?t see on my Papa Johns appwhere I placed my order they said that it?s going to be in their store system only I asked them if the store credit expired andthey said no it doesn?t have an expiration date but of course it was fishy from the beginning and after a month and me trying toplace my order they said they could not see the store credit and there was nothing they could do and they were super rude aboutit. don?t recommend this store at all rude illiterate people who don?t know how to do their job and lie Read more
I have watched two employees here on separate occasions within the past month bare hand fist the pepperoncinis out of a bucket... and put them into the pizza box... WHERE ARE THE GLOVES OR TONGS? In what world would this ever be acceptable? Read more

Never again. 90 minutes for 1 pizza on a Thursday...and it was barely cooked. Update: I went against better judgment and tried... them again. My 10-15 min order took nearly and hour.. no one in the store had any answers when asked how much longer it wouldtake. Do not order from thos Papa John's. They dont care about their customers at all. It took delivery over an hour to get to me. I... called their manager and he gave me an excuse saying "sometimes the systems glitches with the time." He told me his time said45-60 while I have a receipt copy of it saying 27-37. After asking if I'll be compensated he said "yeah I'll give you a freeside or dessert on your next order" and immediately hung up with giving any information and I still haven't gotten an email.This is the pizza I ended up with.
