Seemed like they must be shutting down soon. There were very few baked goods, no salads, out of at least 3 soups. The floors... were very, very dirty and sticky. Tables needed wiping (I wiped my own). Our soups hardly passed for warm. The grilled cheesesandwiches were lightly toasted and not even warm. No one collected the dirty dishes. Is there such a thing as zero or negativestars? It was sad to see a favorite lunch place in such sorry condition. Read more

This Panera Bread location is disgusting; We won't be back. Where to even start... 1. The cashier doesn't appear to be properly... trained and is borderline rude. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. Identical orders, not that complicated. He got the sideswrong. 2. Had to wait over 30-minutes for the food. Ridiculous considering the side items are microwaved. 3. Receive food after30-minutes. The side items are incorrect (mistake by cashier, not kitchen). Waited another 5 minutes for the kitchen to correct(again, it's MICROWAVED!). Meanwhile, the chicken sandwiches get cold. 4. Receive the correct side items in bowls less than halffull. $5.99 for a couple tablespoons of Mac and Cheese. 5. Both half-full bowls are ice-cold in the middle. Return to thekitchen a second time for some more microwave home-cooking. 6. Finally receive the side items (third time now). Still not hot,but no longer frozen in the middle. We are an hour into this at this point and decide to just live with it. 7. Chicken sandwichwas OK. Cold, of course, but edible. Side items are gross. 8. The tables are dirty. There is litter on the floor throughout thecafe. Dirty dishes stacked up by the trash. The entire place just feels disgusting. 9. Do yourself a favor and don't sit at thetables outside the kitchen doors. Every time an employee goes in or out you'll see how dirty the kitchen is as well. There aretons of places in East Cobb to grab similar items to Panera -- pick any one of them randomly and you'll likely have a betterexperience. Read more

Worst customer service, we ordered our food at the register at 11am, we get our food at 12:45pm and the the food we ordered are... wrong (there was a trainee in the counter/register)..What a waste and lots of customer lining up to pick the food they ordered.It's all a mess and the food are taking hours to prepare. This Panera location should close, they don't have enough people toserve their customer! Not coming back!!! Read more

Ordered bagels, and coffee for a meeting the day before. Told them I will pick up at 8:05. Got there and the order wasn't... ready. I waited for awhile with other customers waiting to be served as no one was at cash register. The staff ignored us. Ihollered for help that I was here to pick up an order for a meeting I place the day before and paid for. The Hispanic ladybrought out bagels and cream cheese, no coffee. They had just started brewing the coffee and this should have been ready. Barelymade the meeting with the staff bagels. This place has gone down the drain. Service is not good at all. They really need a goodmanager there. Plus the place looked unclean. I will not be back there again. Also they do not have curbside although when youorder online it says that and they send you an email. However, no one came to car so I went in and still my order wasn't readyafter ordering and paying for it the day before. Poor service and it needs good help and revamping. Read more

This location has really gone down hill. I have worked in the East Cobb Avenue for 7 years and used to frequent this restaurant... for my lunch hour. Now it takes 20 minutes to pick up a salad at the pick up counter, food gets stolen off of their pick upshelf, and I have even seen employees on their cell phones in the food prep area! I did not get the name of the one employee butshe was taking a photo of herself and still had her cooking gloves on! This behavior is unacceptable but the fact that it wasvisible to me as a customer was a clear demonstration of poor professionalism and one of the many causes of the extreme delay infood delivery and readiness. I can understand that if an establishment is short staffed that the wait times will be extended butsnapchat photos are not a valid reason for these delays. Read more

I loved the service. The cashiers were very helpful. They went above and beyond. The food could have been better. The Spicy... Take sandwich looked much better than it tasted. Read more

We have given this location one too many chances and we won't be going back. Every time we visit the tables and floor are... filthy. I luckily bring sanitizer and clean it myself. It's really concerning that they don't prioritize cleanliness here. Ican't imagine how the kitchen looks like. I've written to customer care twice in hopes that it gets better, but they most notcare. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Read more

Delivered via UberEats. Called the restaurant twice and could not get a human on the phone. The portions on these 2 sandwiches... are just not okay?..especially the chicken salad!! I let UberEats know but they will not refund based on ?poor quantity?. Read more
