This was the 2nd time that my wife and I had a bad experience at this location and there won't be a chance for a 3rd. We... traveled to 2 McDonald's tonight after 2am for a late night bite and were told by both that their systems were down so they wereonly accepting cash... Understandable. Also that they were serving breakfast only... Google needs to be updated on menu timeperiods, because: We were met with unacceptable rude customer service when I asked what to do about my mobile order for dinnerfood and was told to go on the app. I never canceled an order before and when I asked if I could get any type of writtenconfirmation if I needed to call corporate about an order, the speaker in our lane went silent and the speaker in the other lanewent on to take that order, ignoring us. I did not mention corporate to threaten the store at all, I just wanted to make sure Ididn't pay for an order that was not completed. I later found how to cancel an order and canceled it but that was the last timewe're going to this location. Read more

Good, fast and accurate order. We sow a homeless taking a washcloth bath in the men's bathroom, but the staff was unaware. Is... just unsafe for the children. As parents is our duty to accompany our kids. Read more

I just waited 30 minutes for ice cold food. And I was waiting at the pick up window for about 10 minutes so I don?t understand... how my food was ice cold. I understand it?s McDonald?s but still though I was waiting at the pick up window for 10 minutes likeI was getting fresh hot food. This did it for me I?m officially never ever spending my money at McDonald?s again. They are trying? I Tried a new delivery option -Bring out to the Car. Order took a bit longer; The young man was pleasant; Food... Package sealed nicely, but fries were cold. Iced Tea wrong; and Menu still has no ice cream Read more

I love Quarter Pounders w/Cheese. But on this night in the early morning hours, I was given one that was completely awful. Bad... taste. I placed my order at the drive through window. It seems people don't care about good quality foods anymore. When youplace your order at a drive through, you need to be able to trust your food will be fresh and hot. I don't have time to sitthere and check everything. Did I let them know I had a problem with my order? No! It was not worth my time and gas drivingback to the restaurant. I simply had to thrash my order and get over my disappointment with this McDonald's. Read more

The fast food industry would be so much better if workers would make customer?s food how they would want their food made. My experience here at this store was probably the worst I've ever endured from any fast food chain. I didn't get a receipt for... my drive-thru order I paid with cash and after driving home and taking one bite from my burger I found the burger to be raw anduncooked. So after driving back, management refused to give me a refund because I didn't have a receipt. I explained I didn'tget a receipt and the cashier denied remembering me. I didn't want them to remake my order, I just wanted my refund and theyrefused several times after pleading and begging for them to just give me a refund so I can go and take my business elsewhere.No both managers had to be very rude and inconsiderate. I nicely explained that my food was raw or else I wouldn't be back uphere asking for a refund and I explained that I wasn't given a receipt and just wanted a refund to make me happy. No both themanagers refused several times. Not a very happy customer because of it. I will be complaining to corporate and will be seekinga full refund. The worst thing about it is all this could of been avoided if the establishment didn't have dishonest employees. Read more
