There?s two employees, in leadership positions, both male and female, who usually work in the mornings.. The plus-size female is... always standing around with an attitude. She never greets customers with any type of enthusiasm , it?s always seems as thoughcustomers are a bother to her. She appears to be lazy and unkept. The male who usually works with her is equally unprofessionaland lacks customer enthusiasm. He?s always in a rush .. and will abruptly leave you if you take too long to decide what youwant. This McDonald?s use to be one of my favorite restaurants to visit , but I can?t help but to go else where seeing thedirection this place is going with the current leadership. Oh, by the way, the bold head guy who cleans up the front lobby andoutside is super friendly and has made the difference in me not rating this place a 1 a long time ago!!! Read more

I ordered a specialty sandwich and when I received the sandwich it was not right. Needed a resolve to the matter not... finger-pointing of who messed up the order. Did not anyone in trouble. I had a headache when I came and left feeling worse.Please learn better customer skills. Read more

I ordered my food dine-in at around 3pm, it came out quickly and was very good! I went to refill my drink and realized the... machine was no longer in the dining room. I stood up front and waited with my lid off for a refill. The dining room filled withpeople ready to order but there was no cashier up front taking care of customers. There was an older black woman who was handingout orders to drive thru and people in the dining room and when I said ?excuse me ma?am? with a POSITIVE attitude, she looked mein the eyes when handing a customer their bag and went back to passing out orders. I tried several times to ask her for a refillbut with attitude for no reason at all, ignored me!!! I finally said after waiting 8 minutes for a refill, ?ma?am please can Ihave a refill so I can leave?? And she got an attitude and told me ?I CANT TAKE YOUR CUP BACK, WHAT DID YOU HAVE?? I was soembarrassed I looked at all the angry customers still waiting in the lobby to have their order taken and they agreed it wasABSOLUTELY the most ridiculous thing to make dine-in customers ask for refills! I ordered an apple pie today and its so old the apple pieces taste and have the texture of leather. Its looks shriveled and dry,... like an old boot. The dude almost had a kitten when i handed over payment for my meal, like making change for a bill is soo unreasonable..but the... lady at the last window said they could accept a bill kindly. So cheers to you drive thru gal! Read more
