Went for dinner with 2 other couples. Service was great!! They were quick to take our drink orders and recommended food for us... to try. Burgers were awesome and the wings are great too. Server kept our glasses full and check on us regularly. Will be goingback soon. Read more

The food was good - very disappointed they charge a “Non Cash Adjustment” if you use a credit card -... seriously? Unfortunately won’t be back at places that feel the need to nickel and time you like that. Also, put a sign up outfront so we know if all we have is CC which the majority of folks uses since during the pandemic it was always - “we won’ttake cash” so we can choose to not come in rather than pay the adjustment. This was one of my favorite places. I live in East Cobb, but the service was terrible the last time we went. Six of us went on... August 10 to celebrate two birthdays. My wife and mother-in-law ordered margaritas. They arrived with no salt. We couldn't findour server and had to flag down another service. We sent them back for salt. They came back with sugar on the rim. My wifereluctantly drank her drink, my mother-in-law didn't want her drink and ordered a bloody marry. Six dinner orders. Three werewrong or missing items. Wife got the burger and wanted mayo on it. Burger came with no mayo, and again it took time to findsomeone to get her mayo. My oldest son ordered six wings with no sauce but they came with sauce on them. He had to wait for themto be redone. My other son got burger with with a bun when he ordered a burger with no bun. Missing silverware. Six of us andonly enough for four people. We couldn't get the water refilled. We had to find someone to assist us multiple times during theevening. Very frustrating evening. The food was delicious, but we are not returning to McCray's Tavern. Since we had a party ofsix, they automatically added on the tip. Went here after a movie specifically because Google maps says that it closes at midnight. We came in at 9:30pm on a Friday and... at 10:32pm all the lights got turned on. Josh was a great server and very attentive, but the night was marred by them trying torush us out. Maybe update the hours to say, close at 10:00pm, or let us know that we only had an hour to eat. Visited on Friday around 315pm for a late lunch. Very slow not really crowded. Ordered food around 330pm 1 app & 2 simple... entrees. They arrived to the table around 423pm which is a long time to wait for a Cobb salad tuna tartare & a burger. Thislocation is very nice & spacious & our waiter was pleasant but the wait for basic food whew ???? a bit much. Also for pplcomplaining about the non cash price/charge it’s literally posted everywhere in the restaurant, on the menu , on the wall inthe bathroom & when you enter. It is what it is! Read more

Non-cash surcharge of $1.40? Must read on --- limited menu for a tavern. Ordered wings and chicken salad croissant. Wings were... excellent -- perfectly fried and crispy -- not overcooked so they're still juicy and tender on the inside. Ordered half of thembuffalo hot and half with Thai sweet chili. The buffalo hot was very mild and not hot enough but Thai sweet was extremelydelicious albeit pricey for 16 wings ($25). The croissant was good. Service was okay. Would have been 4 stars but they lost astar when the check was presented. They added a "No Cash Adjustment" of $1.40. Not that $1.40 matters, but it's the principlebehind it. Why don't you bury that charge by adding it to the food price? Credit card fees are part of doing business. Extremelytactless to add that charge to the bill. And if credit card charges are going to break you, then build it in to the menu prices. Read more
