So this Mcalisters has absolutely turned it around from when I was going here before. In the summer the place was completely... dysfunctional and underachieving. It only took one amazing experience today for me to go ahead and write them a review. Therestaurant is much cleaner, the crew is much more welcoming and sociable. The food is always solid but I felt like they improvedtheir sweet tea. The crew members also were more than willing to help me and one man even got me a sweet tea refill while I wasat the table. Also they have some solid 60s soul music playing and it really gives a good vibe for a hangout spot. I ordered a Southwest sandwich and they gave me a mess on some untoasted white bread. If you want McAlister?s, just go to the... one on Barrett Pkwy and save yourself a headache. Read more
Crowded. Slow service for a week day lunch break. Short handed. Sweet staff trying their best but NOBODY TIPS the dine in... staff! It is a shame because they are running around with trys of hot food trying to find customers who don't even bother to puttheir table numbers up. Food is tasty but pass on the coffee. Amazing food, but slow to get online and To Go orders out. Staff was arguing infront of customers. Management got everything... straight real fast after that. They need better structure with front staff on who dose what, not everyone trying to do the samething. And learning to make drinks quicker would be helpful too! Read more
I ordered the choose 2 - chipotle chicken sandwich with the steak and gorgonzola salad. There was also a plate of ultimate... nachos shared for the table. It was all SO good. I cleaned my plate! Haha. The restaurant was crowded, and I think a littleunderstaffed because we seemed to wait for a little while for our order. However, they did the best that they could. Read more

Food: 5 stars Staff: 5 stars Speed: -13 stars I?ve been here twice since this location opened and have enjoyed the food both... times and the staff has been very accommodating and cheerful. Really the only issue has been speed; it took over 20 minutes toget two sandwiches to go. Love that it?s made fresh but they were not that busy and I didn?t have that long to wait. Definitelyenjoy the Veggie sandwich and highly recommend it. Hopefully they get faster as time goes by. Read more
Great experience with my family. I work at a different McAlister's and wanted some of my family to give them a try as well.... Front cashier seemed a little timid and not super friendly but in time I think she will open up and greet her guests warmly. Wedid arrive at the end of lunch hour and I also saw that the truck order arrived. So it was busy. We got our food in a timelymanner and the young lady who brought it out was very sweet and attentive! There waa another lady in the dining room that wasclearing plates and she checked on us numerous times! The food was prepared perfectly and my family really enjoyed it!
