My time is extremely valuable it was maybe two or three cars ahead of me however I waited over 15 minutes and drive-thru and I... still didn't get a chance to eat so I went next door to McDonald's, I work for the Chili's brand I literally can cook eightmeals and 15 minutes with the meat and veggies being raw. I?ve been to this place many times. This location has had some minor issues on some of my visits. I know that they?re short... staffed so I?m pretty patient when I come here. Today when I was getting my food, I saw that my grits had butter but I askedfor no butter. I reminded the manager who was serving the orders , he threw the grits on to my tray. I understand that he may befrustrated with the work load but this was unacceptable. I will not be returning. Read more

I'm assuming that the overall 4 star rating given to this establishment is for the food because it certainly CANNOT be for the... service. Never even tasted the food. My husband attempted to walk in (after a long wait at the drive through) and had a hardtime getting in due to the unwillingness of staff to simply open the door. We rejoined the drive through line and the man takingour order was very nasty to my husband. There were very long pauses after my husband gave his order. My husband simply said"hello, are you there" because he hadn't heard anything. The man mocked him. Since we work hard for our money and refuse to betreated like 2nd class citizens we exited the line without any food. GM of Martin's, please pay attention to the recent poorreviews. The breakfast rush can vary on how much cars are in the drive thru on days. Today was quick. Ordering through the drive thru is... pretty quick. Employees are pretty friendly. Ordered the chicken biscuit, with an orange juice and it is such a great breakfastitem to get! I can't compare it to other locations since this is the only one I go to, but it is pretty awesome!
