Ordered a pizza and wings it took 45 minutes to get which was ok with me when it got here I opened the pizza and it looked like... they had dropped it I called the store at 950pm they close at ten it rang for almost 2 minutes when they finally awnsered theyounge guy picked up and said Marco's were closed I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the younge kid he was themanager I explained what happened and he said there's nothing he could do once again were closed I asked if I could sendpictures of what my pizza looked like and was laughed at by him saying you cant send pictures to a land line and I replied Iknow do you have a corporate email I can send them to he again laughed and said no but he will talk to the driver I evencontacted corporate and still haven't gotten a response will never order from Marco's pizza again and to top it all off had tothrow out the pizza and the wings tasted like someone poured a bag of salt on them they also were not eatable had to throw themaway as well I spent 43 dollars to throw away food thanks guys never again dominos might not be as good but the have greatcustomer service and would have made things right unlike you Read more
Second time in a row I have preset the time for pick up and the food wasn't ready. First time I waited 50 minutes after my pick... up time and kept getting it us being made and 10 minutes. This time I was told 10-15 minutes without the persona even checking.When I saw the phone being basically hung up on people calling in I was done and asked for another refund. Probably will be ourfinal time going there. shame as our kids really like the pizza and they have been great until the last month or so. We justcant ruin anymore dinners by having to find something last minute and 4 kids going way past their bedtime again. Read more
