I went to this Marcos for dinner but I didn't like their pizza much. The pizza was just okay. The pizza tasted a bit like Lil... Caesars. The price for a Medium pizza right now is 7.99, so that's a good price. I miss the old Marcos. The restaurant lookslike it's been renovated and under new management. I wanted to eat in the restaurant so I did, but there were no silverware. Ihad to ask for some. And a plate too. If you're looking to get pizza at a low cost I'd recommend. This is the third time I?ve had an issue with this location! I called in a pick up order at 4:49 for me and my 2 year old. We... had plans on dining in bring that we had a very long day and my 2 year I?ll was starving. We were told our order would be readyin 20 mins. We got there at 5:27 the cashier asked my name DIDN?T FIND THE ORDER. Asked for my phone number DIDN?T FIND THEORDER. Asked me to see my call log and what time I called to make sure I called the right store AS IF IM NOT A HOMEOWNER TWOBLOCKS AWAY AND THIS IS THE ONLY MARCOS I ORDER FROM! We went through all of that to find out my order wasn?t placed he didn?tapologize or even try to fix it. Tonight was the second time I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a large pizza. My order was taken at 5:15. I checked my phone... when I sat down to wait. The girl told me 15 minutes. The minutes passed. When I asked about my order, the guy asked me if I hadpaid already, which I had done. He was standing right there next to the girl who took my money. They were quite busy and therewas quite a few people working. I was told 4 more minutes and still no pizza. My son came in asked me what the problem was. Iexplained what I had been told. I was told again 4 more minutes. I asked did they lose my order in the shuffle. When othercustomers received their pizza, the guy said thanks for your patience. He said nothing to me. I finally got my pizza at 5:53.The order wasn't even put in till 5:37 is what my receipt showed. I have been a fan of Marcos since they opened, Stephan.
