Was here on a Sunday for lunch. Ordered Andhra Khara Masala dosa and curd vada. Both were disaster. The dough used for dosa was... not fermented so that did not give the dosa, the taste, flavor and crisp, instead the dosa was thick. Sambhar was sweet, the redchutney was sweet too. The curd vada the vada was not fresh, it was frozen one and the yogurt was sweet!!! If you were expectingto see slices of ginger, green chili & cilantro then this is not for you. Curd vada here is a dessert.. Sad that food is notauthentic!!! Mentioned this to the staff, they said they were sorry. Will never recommend this restaurant. Read more

My husband and I have been to this place multiple times after we stumbled upon it the first time. The main attraction for us was... the South Indian Thali! Just delicious! The thali contains a variety of south indian dishes as well as a couple of North Indiancurry with a choice or naan or poori! The Dessert that comes with the thali was amazing too! Even though we want to try otherdishes the thali gives a variety of everything in a good portion size! In one of our visits we did try masala idli which wasalso amazing! Overall just love this place! The taste has been consistent every time we ve visited! Read more

The ambience is too good like authenticity over loaded with musics. Coming to food, it's delicious quick service. Especially... dosas, I tasted most of them are good. Here, no buffet but we can find south Indian dosas and thali. Overall I love this placeand best food for vegetarians. Read more

Went for lunch on Sunday. Staffs are welcoming and quick service. Bit issues with the food quality and taste. Curd vadai was... terrible, vadai was not fresh, curd was sweet (lassi), chutney?s were not fresh and cold, sambar was watery and tasteless,Paneer oothappam was bland ans tasteless, Andhra Kara Masala Dosai was tasteless, Veg Biriyani was average but very oily (toomuch oil, dangerous for health).. Never will visit this location again. Please don?t mislead people in the name of ?Madras?.This is not Chennai/Madras style cuisine, not at all authentic, extremely disappointed. #Georgia #Atlanta #Indian Read more

Madras Mantra Marietta Authentic and unique Indian Vegetarian Restaurant located in the corner of Windy Hill and Cobb Parkway.... The restaurant is tucked behind the gas station. Be alert when you are driving for the first time and making a turn from CobbParkway. You can get lost easily. Pretty close to I-285 and the Braves Stadium. Great ambience and awesome food. The owners andthe team do whatever they can to make authentic food consistently. Owners have great reputation in the South East US Restuarant& Catering business for well over 25 years. Read more

This is a great complete vegetarian South Indian restaurant. We were visiting Atlanta during spring break and decided to try... this place. It?s great ambiance and plenty roomy for dinning in with large family/friends. We had ordered variety of dosas andappetizers. The quality of food was magnificent and the portions were out of this world. Prices per dosas were very reasonable. The service was great as we were served fairly quickly and in timely manner. Taste of the food was great from 4 differentchutneys and sambhar was great. I would highly recommend this places if anyone is in Atlanta area. Read more
