Never been before but it's super nice inside. I got the French sandwich and hubby got the the halibut special... presentation of... the food was great it felt very upscale. The ajus for the French dip was delicious but the brisket was not very seasoned. Iloved that the food was fast!!!! As soon as I walked in, I got a good vibe. The hostess greeted me warmly and had on the cutest Katy Perry shoes. She took me... upstairs where our table was ready on time. I was the first of 5 to arrive but our server Theo came right over and suggested acocktail called Oh Danny Boy. It was orange dominant and a bit too tart for me, but he didn't hesitate to bring a secondrequest which was deliciously sweet, called Singing in the Rain. Once my friends arrived we shared 2 orders of a yummyappetizer: Crab Cake Beignets. They were yummy but the soy glaze was way too salty--it should've been served a traditionaldollop of remoulade instead. My entree of grilled grouper served with brussel sprouts was good. But the pièces de resistancewere the desserts: we shared white chocolate banana pudding, flourless chocolate cake and lemon gooey cake. They were allamazingly good. Having been here a few times before, I knew we'd find great drinks, delicious dinner and outstanding service at Mac's! No... reservations, but there was room at the bar. We had a great time watching the bartenders make the smokey drinks. I knew Iwanted a bourbon flight and my BF had a great glass of wine. The local flight was awesome and a great bargain. Ordered the lazy Susan for around 24 dollars per person. They brought out one platter with two French toast, two waffles etc... etc. my mom has been here before and we were supposed to get one platter per person but we only got one. After finally figuringit out with the manage, thirty minutes after bringing out the one original platter they brought out two more. We still weremissing one platter for my boyfriend and ultimately never received it. They did take the three platters off the bill and chargedus for one. But wasn?t satisfied because would have rather payed for the four platter than not receive what we ordered. Also ourwaiter Theo was very rude and was very adamant that we were wrong and we were supposed to get ONE platter. Mind you the tableside unlimited mimosas is 25 per person and you get UNLIMITED. But we?re supposed to pay 24 PER PERSON for two waffles twoFrench toast two watermelon slices etc etc??? How does that make sense? He also told us ?no? to adding cheese to our eggsbecause the ?food was all ready on the way? but as stated before we received one platter and still had to wait thirty moreminutes after that to only get two more platters. Small menu but great food. The food was great. We came on a Saturday night during the chic lobster special. The lobster was a... petite lobster from Maine, very sweet, great quality, and very tasty for $29. It was served with green beans and potatoes. Wealso had the cheesy crab dip as an appetizer. It didn?t have a lumps crab like your typical dip but was still packed with crabflavor, my guess is that it had shredded crab. Either way, it was very delicious and definitely worth $12. After the crab dipwe sampled a dozen oysters from the east coast and west. All of them were very fresh and professionally shucked. They we servedwith hot sauce, crackers, cocktail sauce, and of course horseradish. For dinner we had the chic lobster which I alreadymentioned and the fish tacos. The fish tacos was a large entree that came with 3 halibut tacos and your choice of a side foronly $18. I chose the clam chowder soup which was very tasty and was packed with clams and potatoes (very filling) Greatexperience overall with very few drawbacks. If I had a few positive suggestions it would be to expand the appetizer menu withlarger shareable items long with adding another entree or two. But I might be over thinking it, cause it is supposed to be a rawbar. Only other thing that I noticed was that they delivered our entrees about 2 minutes after our oysters. Pricey menu but well worth it! I ordered the 16oz Delmonico Ribeye. My daughter ordered the Herb Crusted Colorado Lamb Rack, and... my wife ordered the 12oz Bavette Steak. We also ordered the sharable side dish, Smoked Gruyere Elbow Mac and Cheese. Tableservice was excellent. While we waited for our meals, we were served bread drizzled with a locally sourced honey. Excellent!Meat cooked to perfection. I cannot begin to explain how good my steak was. The lamb was also great and flavorful. Even theBavette Steak was good. My wife enjoyed the chimichurri as well. I arrive and the place was packed. People were standing everywhere. The bar was full. There was nowhere really to stand and wait... for them to call us for our table. We found a place in the corner close to the bar to stand. We ordered drinks and our tablebecame available with 15 minute. The waitress was wonderful we took her advice on appetizers stone crab and our main dish steakwith sides. ?? We did have a wait for our food but worth it. My favorite was the mushrooms .
