Tried something new today, baby back ribs with the baked potato with all of the trimmings, mushrooms and salad. Everything was... great, as expected. We eat at our local Longhorn about every 2 months. Today's visit is by far the worst we've ever encountered. After being... seated, we noticed a very pungent sour smell, but we were starving so we ordered. The bread and wild west shrimp were delicious. While waiting for our food, I then noticed how disgusting the ceiling and vents were. Then our food came out. My sons burgerthat was ordered medium was raw. My Ribeye that was ordered medium, was not quite as bad as well done. And it had so much salton it, i choked on the first bite. We ate no more and took oir shrimp to go after paying the full bill. Our server asked aboutall the food left on our plates. I gave him the same review and their next step was to just simply charge my card. No one otherthan the server offered apologies for the horrible food. I hate giving a 1 star rating.... if there was a zero rating, I wouldhave selected that. Very disappointed. Read more
The service here was amazing, we were served very quickly, the waitress was very friendly. I must say that the food was... excellent. I really loved my dish, it was extremely delicious. I ordered the longhorn plate medium rare, it was fresh andjuicy. the mac and cheese tasted amazing. My husband ordered a super juicy ribeye, good flavor. More like 2.5 ???? Went there with my boy. Had a beautiful ribeye that was perfectly cooked to my order. The only thing a... little off was timing. We were eating our salads when our appetizers were presented. Then just a few minutes passed and theybrought out the entrée with no space to put stuff. Just felt a wee bit rushed. Still eating when the bill came. Dulled theexperience for me. Still, the food was delicious. Wish we weren't so rushed. Read more
I just sent $58 on food I can't eat. The cook obviously likes black pepper...my steak , fries and chicken had so much pepper on... them I couldn't eat it...and the steak, fries, bread were overcooked. I scraped some of the pepper off.. Read more

Can you ever go wrong choosing Longhorns? Our last minute cancellation elsewhere brought us here and I'm so glad it did! I'm not... a huge chain steak fan but I was pleasantly surprised! The spicy chicken bites are new for me and now a favorite! I ordered theparmesan cheese chicken crusted plate. Yum! The chicken was so juicy and tender, I insisted everyone try a bite. One star offfor steaks orders cooked to the opposite person's order. They did ask if everything was fine but we hadn't had a chance to cutthem yet. We didn't complain so no worries, just frustrating. Also the salads are drenched in dressing so I would recommendadding cups to the side. Overall, a great meal and friendly staff! Read more
This is not for just this location but for all of the company. As a child I was impressed with the flavor, and didn't pay the... bill, but now I just find it hard to justify. I can get a larger steak and cook it better at home. Now I do have some love togive here as well. The service is great. The chicken tenders and fries with your honey mustard is my go to here. The hero of themenu but the sign on the building does not say "Longhorn chicken tender house"... Read more
