I went to the drive thru and asked for a pepperoni pizza. The guy told me it would be 2 minutes and to wait in front. After 10... minutes I went inside. After being ignored at the counter for 15 minutes, I finally got the guys attention and said I was stillwaiting for my pizza. He went in back and came out with the pizza that was obviously sitting on the counter for awhile......this place used to be good. Not sure what happened. No more for this place Read more
Great location, has a drive through. Order something not 'hot and ready' and it takes around 10mins, park in the lot and they'll... bring it to your car! Even though it's 'cheap', I crave it from time to time, and it's super tasty right out of the oven. Read more
Food quality is usually fine. Sometimes I'll get crazy bread with very little seasoning on it, so I stopped getting that from... here.. BUT ... The last 3 times now I can't get an employee to answer a call for the life of me so I don't have to place anorder In person and wait. Today I decided what the heck and after the didn't answer AGAIN after 30 minutes of trying,,, I droveover.. Ask , "do yall got a phone in here? So people can call in their orders so we don't have to wait like this??" Hisresponse, " we only have 2 people in the back right now, so we can't answer the phone or everything gets messed up"...???? Where do you find these kids... Say goodbye to hundreds every week with that attitude. This will be my last order for afew months until a new staff is working. Read more
Pizza was finally done right, Custumer service wasn?t fair! Attitude and mistreated experience took place by the front person.... Didn?t treated me like the others. Didn?t do or said anything wrong to experience this! Pregnant and last thing I need tostress over. Taking Order was rushed, then giving the order took time, even though it was ready and in the warmer done already.From 10 min wait , I stood there for 20min. Wasn?t busy. Just wasn?t treated like the others waiting in the car and being servedand brought food to their vehicle.
