I placed my order at 617pm. Got a text message at 645 that my order was ready... the nasty chick at the counter qith a bad... attitude and no customer service skills says she can't find my order. She goes to the back and tells me that they are remakingit. A supv comes out I ask him what's up. Turns out my food was picked up by someone... NO she gave it to someone by accident.And I get a text saying I jave a refund... WHY.. make my food. Needless to say. They didn't remake my food and I have to wait21 days for a refund. The better thing for them.to do would have been to.comp my food. Instead they said I need to re order andpay again. It was horrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has to be the most ghetto establishment that I?ve ever patronized. First off when ever I... order I always get my ordered cancel because they always claim they closed when I?ve placed my order over an hour and a halfprior. So this time around I place well after opening just to call and ask about my order and get told they just now opening.Also to get hung up on in my face by a man because I was asking to many questions about my order. I don?t leave negative reviews but this must be addressed. After ordering from another restaurant that canceled my order due to... not being open, I ordered from this establishment in person. When I got my food it was not hot, the shrimp are very small and aportion of my order was left out. I live a short distance away so there was no way the food could have been hot and gotten cold.When I got home and called there was a recording and I left a message. A week later and no call back. I?m hopeful that someonewill call me and make this right. I believe this is a black owned business and I want to patronize but I have an expectationfor a high level of communication and customer service. Read more
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. This location is their cloud kitchen setup and is for sure a pickup for Lemon Butter Seafood. This place... was created to better handle ToGo orders for smaller restaurants. This place was pretty good. The Lemon Butter sauce definitely would go well with the seafood but with just the wings it was very... average. The Cajun fries as well were definitely not worth the upgrade. I am looking forward to trying the actual seafood butthe wings did not do it for me. Read more
