One thing that I have learned living out here in North Georgia is the insane abundance of Mexican restaurants. Each has their... unique flavor and signature dish. Some are more upscale than others; the differences in quality and consistency as noticeable,so chose wisely and read reviews. Laredo's has been a staple with my girlfriend?s family for many years. And she's from Texas,so I trust her judgement when it comes to Mexican eateries. Personally I have been to Laredo's only a handful of times and eachtime has been consistent with very fast service. What you see attached is the Pasta Texana which is a chipotle linguine withsteak, shrimp and chicken. It was a delicious fusion in a significant portion. Although the shrimp came to me a bit overcooked,this is a forgivable oversight given how busy their kitchen is and considering the time of day. We did not partake inlibations, however, judge for yourselves through others' reviews. I'm sure they are worth it. Overall, this is a greatestablishment and I recommend it to you and your family. Food was delicious ????. I had Speedy Gonzales. Chicken enchilada,, taco rice and beans. My husband had the chicken soup and the... pasta dish with chicken, shrimp, steak. All was fantastic. I normally don?t leave bad reviews, but in this case I felt I had to. The food (I ordered burritos deluxe without tomato) was... mediocre and there was a long wait time for every little thing despite the place being a ghost town. There was a table ofservers one booth over from us discussing their personal lives in a loud and obnoxious manner. No one greeted us or said goodbyeto us, no hospitality whatsoever. Our server was extremely rude, ignored us, didn?t respond to questions, and never checked onus despite passing our table numerous times. We had a toddler with us who spilled a drink, and she actively avoided us - avoidedeye contact, passed and saw the mess but kept walking - and when she finally came over she handed us a stack of roughly 10napkins to clean an entire sticky table. She then disappeared for about 20 minutes. We asked another waiter for a damp rag inher absence and he mostly cleaned the table but was also very reserved and unfriendly. Salsa is as fantastic. Margarita (Gulf of Mexico) was amazing. Homemade pico and Flour Tortillas were great. Steak Burrito was... dog food at best, and not burrito. Wife did like her dinner, but over all this was a massive disappointment. Service outside wasreally really bad on a Saturday. Read more

Great fast servuce and delicious mexican food. Good fresh bottomless salsa and chips. Good sweet and unsweet tea. Their Laredos... cheese dip with fajitas with or without jalapeños is the best! This is my first time here, as soon as we sat down we got chips and salsa which were ok, we ordered chicken fajitas and pollo... chipotle. Chicken fajitas were good. Rice and sauce served in pollo chipotle are good , But chicken in pollo chipotle isreally really Burnt. Each time when I took a bite it left my pallete with burnt and weird after taste. At first I thought itwould a small portion that the chicken Is burnt but whole piece I was served is burnt . After couple of pieces I felt bad tosend it back so I left it and couldn?t touch it. If at all if the chicken is cooked nicely it would be a good dish but myexperience was bad so reduced stars(I would give 2 stars for food and star for service) Read more
