They advertised 2 wraps for 5.00 and when I get to the window they were clueless to the large sign facing the street. Then I... asked for the wrap with which I thought came with lettuce and tomatoes.. not at this KFC. When I asked for to different wrapsthey said we cant make them differently. Lol!!! Asked for crispy and they gave me what appears to be day old and re fried chicken. The last at the drive thru have me a 2/3... filled soda then copped an attitude after I asked her politely to add more. Read more
We arrived to drive through before a major rush. They messed up the order, so we went back and waited nearly 20 minutes inside... for the one item. I almost just left and didn't worry about it. Rhe staff seemed to be having an off day but were polite andcourteous. The food was good. Read more
Place is disgusting! Trash all over the dining room. Rap music was playing very loud with inappropriate words. Every one either... on the phone or playing. My chicken sandwich was old and cold. Never again... The General manager should be fired! So many otherissues here, but just to tired to go over them. Do the community a favor and close your doors. Read more
The worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. We drove up to the drive-thru as the interior was locked.... After waiting 5 minutes were ?greeted? by a rude male employee. When we tried to place our order, he told us that the itemsrequested were unavailable. So then we asked for other items, he then proceeded to say that those were also unavailable, thenafter offering something entirely different, we agreed, for him just to come back to say that the items originally requestedwere indeed available. Then when ordering additional items, we were then told that those were also unavailable. At this point wewere frustrated, so we asked what on their menu was available. After finally placing our order, we drove up to the window. Wewere then greeted by a female employee, who was also impolite, and instructed us to move to the dumpster area to pick up ourfood, even though there was no line, and there was nobody in front or behind us. we waited by the dumpster for quite some time,when finally out of the back comes two of the male employees, giggling and laughing. They hand us the bag, and the food looks asthough it had been tampered with. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes looks like they had been dropped on the floor, and theentrees were tiny pieces of fried breading?no chicken. We asked the two employees where our drink was? to which the employeereplied ?you didn?t get it??, and then leisurely walked back inside. When one of the employees returned, we were handed a cupwith no ice and what appeared to be flat dirty mop water, not soda. He chuckled as he gave it to us. This time, it was apparentthat they had tampered with the beverage. We immediately threw away all of the ?food and beverage?, and drove to the Burger Kingnext door for a much better service and experience. Horrible service and very unprofessional manager. I place an order through the drive through at 7-10-22 at 10:12pm and after I... received the wrong taco I informed one of the employees that walked the food out. She metion she will bring the right taco back,then the manager came out with the wrong taco again after I have been waiting for a while. I explain what happened to themanager but he did not want to hear me and ask me you need to go around and order your taco again. I thought for second this wasa joke but the manager was serious. I try to explain the situation again but he decided to dismissed what I was saying and whenback to the store again. Waited for chicken tenders, 2 pieces were overcooked and inedible, got fries instead of mashed potatoes and gravy as in menu... board. Returned to get new food and correct the order, manager insisted that only fries are served with the K3, that?s not whatI took a picture of. This KFC has gone downhill for a long time. Read more
UNPROFESSIONAL . The girl at the drive thru was cursing out a customer calling her the b word and trying to throw a drink on her... because customer was complaining about her having a toodler at work in the cooking area. Other crew members were also cursing ather. also, when I got home to eat my chicken it was so hard I couldn?t even bite it, my daughter tried to bite a chickensandwich and it was so hard will never come to this ratchet location again.
