I normally wouldn?t bother to post a review but I have been experiencing some not so great orders and service from this location... in particular. I am an avid customer of Kale Me Krazy since they started popping up and I have my favorites off the menu. Withthat being said, here?s my piece - I recently order a total $21 item which I get quite often to split for lunch and dinner whichis the wrap $12.75 and side salad $7, ugh ???? multiple times the salad was just not worth the money (literally a couple ofbites), the lettuce is always old, and this last time was so watery, I won?t be getting it from this location again. Thenpreviously I would get the Grounded smoothie but every time I order it from this location it?s just not good at all but fromother locations it?s amazing and my go-to. At this point, I?m over it ????. Which saddens me because it is the closest one to myhouse. I just wish I could?ve added the video of this disaster. I?ve been on a Açaí world tour and this place did not disappoint. Service was good and the bowl was delicious. Nice... consistency for the açaí. I?ve had some that were almost a liquid on the bottom. All the top layers were nice to perfection. Read more

Ordered the toasted Tuna Wrap with a hot Golden Latte tonight about 5:30pm this evening. It. Was. Phenomenal. For as big as... the two peices were, i thought I was going to be uncomfortably stuffed, but, instead I feel energized. The Latte was out ofthis world. The best food ever. However, the service was lacking...severely. I was not acknowledged, not spoken to, not eveneye contact - for a long period of time. Was left completely alone, and it felt weird to be there. Had to ask for a papermenu, had to ask for a napkin (and that is all I got). So, I'm at a loss as to what rating to give you, you deserve a 100. Iwill be back, but I do hope the wait staff is better equiped to handle customers, even when there's no one else in the shop liketonight. Read more
