I placed an order for 50 empanadas for a heritage festival (we were representing ????????) at my kids school and they deserve... five stars through and through! I called to verify my order the day before I was to pick it up, 20 beef, 20 chicken, 10vegetable and they told me they'd start frying them 30 minutes before I was to arrive. I also made a special request not to sealthe edges with egg, as there were going to be kids present who had egg allergies, they were so kind to accommodate! When Iarrived at the place, my order was packaged neatly and labeled for my convenience. These were a huge hit at the event! They wereabsolutely delicious, even the vegetarian empanadas, the vegetables were seasoned just as well as all the protein was:) Because they were packaged neatly in multiple pans, I was able to take them out and replenish as necessary, while keepingthe rest warm in the hot/cold bag I put them in.
