Orders have been correct for the past several months. Employees at the drive-thru window have been friendly and well mannered.

Ordered 7 sandwiches for pickup at the drive through, received no notification after 45 minutes so we showed up to the store to... have the manager tell us they aren?t making pickup orders until the customer show up even after pre-payment. The manager wasfull of excuses as to how they got in this situation, but we will be going to jersey mikes next time we want sandwiches! Thishappened on October 2nd at roughly noon. Read more

UPDATE 8/30/22 - You can see the corporate reaponse below about how Jimmy Johns doesnt roll like that and theyll share it with... that store owner. Well I received an email from the store owner that this is the way its supposed to be done. So, someoneeither corporate or the independent store owner doesn't know how its supposed to be done....LOL what a joke!!! It was finebut...... Explain to me why!?!? If I only want salami and ask you to take the capicola off......why do you then charge meextra to replace the capicola with extra salami!?!? It does not make sense mathematically! I actually saved you money becausecapicola is more expensive than the Genoa salami that you use. Seriously, is it that big of a deal to just let me have asalami and provolone with the normal veggies and such on it? Sometimes you just want a salami and provolone. Read more

The staff was very friendly, the service was great, and the food was very tasty! My order was also correct and they have Barq's... root beer! I'd definitely go back to this location. Read more

Don't eat here!!!! As a former worker, they change gloves once every couple hours regardless of what they touch between that,... management shorts customers all the time on their meat or veggies, and honestly it's just not even good. Definitely go toFirehouse subs. Plus they short their employees on their checks every week. Read more

Placed a pickup order at 9:15 on their website n paid. The order status never went to order received. Got to the store at 9:35... and all the light are off. Edit #2: 1 star. "No tomato or mayo" = please do not place tomatoes or mayonnaise on my sandwich. Ferfuxsake. Edit: dropping... another star. 2 bad trips in a row. Last week I waited 20 minutes because they were out of bread. Was told I'd get 15% discountdue to the long wait. Didn't happen. Today, I order a club lulu minus tomato and mayo, add everything else. Missing 3 add onsand lettuce. Good sandwich as usual. Only problem is the fact that the shop only has seating at 4 tables. There was a bar with2 stools but some employees kid was chilling in the seat greeting everyone.
