Kinda pathetic walking in at 4pm with 3 employees just sitting around who looked very annoyed that I even existed. Then after I... got my sandwich I sit down for them to bark at me ?sir we?re closed?? online and door clearly states 9pm but it wasn?t worth mytime to argue. Worst JJ's experience I've ever had. No orders came out for about 5 minutes because they were working on a web order. After... the three people behind me got their sandwiches, I asked about mine. The guy making sandwiches looked like deer in theheadlights. He had to ask a lady, who couldn't find my ticket. She was nice and said she'd make my sandwich right away, butthen forgot about it. After about four more orders, she looked up at me and said oops I forgot your order again. Then after Igot my sandwich, one half of the bread was hard and crusty. I've never had bread like that from Jimmy John's before. 20minutes for a sandwich is not freaky fast. I would recommend Church Street location over this place. Read more
The bread on my sandwich was so hard I could not even bite it . There is barely any lettuce on my sandwich at all and I asked... for oil and vinegar they put salt and extra salt at that . I won?t be returning to this location anymore my first and last timecomplete waste of my money. Read more
Ordered delivery. Was told that their driver left at 5 and my only options were to pick it up myself or to cancel my order.... Didn?t get any ?I?m sorry? from the employee that called. From the other reviews it seems that this place needs new managementand employees. Also seems like this may be the worst location to exist. Who knows. Went to this location today to place a decent size order for our office. It was 12:08pm. We were told they didn't have enough... bread. We asked what they would do if 8 customers walked in and they said turn them away. They acted like they didn't care thatthey did not have any and didn't offer to make any. They lost probably $200 today. Hope the owner enjoys that. Read more
TERRIBLE costumer service. We came in and no one else was in there. The girl working the first desk looked miserable and would... barely look at us or smile. It took them almost an hour to get my group (4 sandwiches made). None of the workers seemedconcerned at all? just made the sandwiches super slow. I had avocado spread on my sandwich and it didn?t come on there. I askedfor it on the side just to make it simple and the girl made a big deal about it and would not give it to me. Worst Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. Will never give them my business again. First time I ordered from them, it took two hours... and two phone calls to the restaurant to get my order delivered. Apparently they ran out of bread. The employee I spoke to onthe phone was completely unsympathetic and had no urgency to resolve the issue. When I decided to give them a second chance, Ihad to call after thirty minutes when my order was still not out for delivery. The Veggie sandwich I received only had lettuceand mustard on bread- none of the other many ingredients. And instead of a lettuce-wrapped Club Lulu, I was sent tuna salad onbread. When I called the store, the employee argued with me, saying she knew the order was correct because she was the one whomade the sandwiches. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund rather than replace the incorrect order. My refund was neverprocessed. Don't waste your time and money- choose somewhere else to eat. **update: it?s been two weeks, I?ve called the storetwice and my refund still has not been processed.
