Called in our order. I ordered tilapia and shrimp combo meal and my husband ordered catfish and shrimp meal with two extra... pieces of catfish. We ordered extra crispy fries with both orders. Fries were undercooked, they were out of slaw and out oftartar. Paid $30 for wasted fries and no slaw. This place use to be great but we won't be back. Their prices increased yet youget nothing. This is the 3rd time that my order was wrong, the okra is raw, the fish is the size of one catfish nugget, I asked for extra... crispy and it?s not cook completely, this location is convenient but the location in mableton is much better, I wasted $32.84for absolutely nothing and I was told that I couldn?t speak to anyone (SMH!) again I have to re-cook my food. Horribly unprofessional!!! Called in an order at 9:30 for 2 piece catfish. Girl said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I... arrived at 9:40 and the doors were locked. I knocked and gestured and mouthed to indicate that I?d called in an order. Afterstopping to do something near the register and taking his sweet time coming to the door (it?s cold outside). A young gentlemanasks if he could help me. I said I had called in and order and wanted to pick it up. He goes, I?m sorry but we?re alreadyclosed. I question why my order was taken then and he just shrugs his shoulders. I proceed to call when I get back to my carjust out of curiosity if I had possibly called the other location. I begin explaining that I had called and placed an order andnow that I came to pick it up they were closed. Before I could even finish, the young girl hung up on me and did not answer whenI called back. I called A-town wings down the street at 9:45. Perfectly seasoned and cooked!!!! I ordered the #7 Tilapia and Shrimp combo (no drink comes with this, however you can order the... same items from the Pick 2 for same price that comes with a drink). I added the Sweet Corn Nuggets .... talk about yummmmm! Ifyou are from Chicago(land) they have Lemon Pepper ???? speak to my soul. Sorry, no pictures this time. With my rating here the food is great, I really like the Cook's way of flavoring the food???? the sitting area was clean, but... dealing with the clerk I thought she wasn't professional at all. I'm always starving when I go here! Hence why I only got a picture of left over fries??????????????????????! They give you twice... this amount! I had wings with 10 shrimp. Hubby had 3 wings and gizzards. The wings are large and whole! The portion of fries andgizzards can easily feed 2 people. Next time I'll hopefully remember to take pictures! Read more
