This is the best Jersey Mikes location. Everyone here works hard to get you in and out. The employees at this location are... always friendly and personable but my favs are Tate & Carlos. Sandwiches always fresh and wraps super yummy! Great shop! Read more

I have been here many times and I have no complaints. The food is very consistent and they are pretty good at running the lines... even when it is busy. I always enjoy it and I like their subs. The kids eat free on Sunday is a nice perk as well. Read more

Edit: We decided to come tonight for another shot and I can?t even explain how bad it was without getting so upset. The guy... behind the counter was great. He has braids and glasses and I hope is recognized for how great he gave customer service. (Icould not get his name before we left, but I hope someone knows it to give props to him) The other guys behind the counter wasincredibly rude and outright insulting. We came here an hour and 45 mins before closing (7:17pm) and ordered our usual. The guybehind the grill came walking in and literally said ?seriously?!?, when the other guy called out the order. Now I get beingtired and worn out, but we were far early to have someone express such a remark. I had to ask the cashier if they were closingearly, to which he said no, we are open until 9pm. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I felt so bad for the cashier whowas fantastic! The employee who complained handed us our sandwiches with a ?here ya go? and walked off. I was almost in tears byhow uncomfortable he made me feel. I?ve worked in the restaurant business, and I know how times can be tough, and exhausting, but this guy just made me feel like I should never go to a place an hour before closing. I have no idea what?s happened withthis shop. It used to be so great, but after another chance tonight, I will never be back. I hope the manager takes a littlemore pride in this place and hires better help and trains their employees a bit better. Twice now in the last two weeks thatthe open sign has been off at 7:30pm with hours listed 9pm on google page. We used to go here quite a bit but will be moving on.I hope they update their hours soon. Read more

Do not come here if you have anywhere to be. I waited 30min for my sandwich in a long line because the group of sandwich makers... were multitasking and could NOT figure it out. I am in shock. Never again. Read more

I just waited 30 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready for my online order of two sandwiches. That was... unacceptable. Also, and maybe it's just me, but when you disappoint me this badly I expect at least an apology and an attemptto make it right. This isn't the first time this location has disappointed me, but it's for sure the last time. If you want toget the right order with an accurate pick up time then go somewhere else because going here is rolling the dice. Read more

One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in awhile. The young people on staff were friendly, professionally dressed,... and so polite. Everything on the sandwich dressing station was very fresh & delicious. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. Oursandwiches were awesome. I highly recommend Jersey Mike?s on Roswell Rd. in Marietta.
