I've been looking for a good bagel place ever since Bagel Palace closed. I'm embarrassed it took me so long to find Hoboken... Bakery and Bread co. They are amazing. I feel dumb that they've been around for 27 years and I just found out about them acouple weeks ago. Their bagels are exactly what you would want in a NY style bagel. The ingredients they use are fresh and theirbagels are delicious. Also, the staff is very warm and friendly. This is a mom-and-pop bagel place that just makes you feel athome. Bacon egg and cheese was sub par.. bacon was crispy but soaked in oil almost burnt like it had been there all day. Egg was fried... beyond repair.. not jersey style at all.
