Amazing night and great food and drinks. Festive pop up & great service. The only thing that was a turn off was them kicking us... out of our table when our 2-hour time was up. Our group spent a lot of money, so they need to work on how NOT to kick out theircustomers. Otherwise, great experience, would definitely go back, but sit at the bar! Read more

This was our first time here and it started a little rocky. When we were seated (we had a reservation) we weren?t acknowledged... for over 10 minutes. It was unclear who our server was and finally someone noticed we still hadn?t received water after tryingto flag someone down. The cocktails and food were exceptional though, but for $75 a person I?d expect better service. We?ll giveit another shot. Definitely recommend their espresso martinis and making a reservation. What a great find on the Marietta Square! We have been meaning to try this place for months, but never got around to it till... tonight. Could not have been more pleased? The vibe of the place is modern, very comfortable, welcoming and casually relaxing. We did not have reservations at 5:30, so our options were bar seating or one of the several outdoor tables. We sat outside andour server Lauren took excellent care of us. She was very knowledgeable about the varied and unique cocktail offerings, as wellas the wine list and the extensive whiskey selection. For our appetizers, we had the small plate Ahi tuna and the beef tartare, which were both beautifully presented and exceptionally tasty. For our dinner selections, my wife had the shrimp cocktail andthe Georgia peach and heirloom tomato salad and I had the Maine scallops(pictured). Again all the dishes were exceptionallytasty and beautifully presented. I am not a regular reviewer of restaurants, but this one was exceptional and needed to beshared. Continued good luck to the restaurant and to our great server, Lauren. Read more

UPDATE: I have since been back 3 times since my initial visit & have become increasingly impressed each time. The service is... absolutely A+ stellar. The first 2 visits were for lunch & Happy Hour but it's the dinner menu that really shines. The attentionto detail in plating, the freshness of the ingredients & the masterful execution leaves no doubt there's some real talent in thekitchen. The pasta dishes have been my favorite but everything from the popovers (heavenly) to the panna cotta (luscious) havebeen delicious. And the bar offerings are superb. I don't often change my reviews but Hamp & Harry's is truly a 5-starestablishment! OLD REVIEW: I've found it difficult to find true craft cocktails in this neck of the woods so I was thrilled tostumble on this cozy bar. Excellent spirits selection & creative bar offerings. I especially enjoyed The Galaxy. As for thefood, it was tasty & above average for this area but if you are well-versed in the Atlanta dining scene you may find it justaverage. Worth a visit if you're in the area & are on the hunt for a nice place to grab a drink & bite to eat. Read more

Had a 3pm reservation which fell under the happy hour menu which had 6 food items: oysters, shrimp cocktail, burger, ahi tuna... tostadas, short rib dumpling, and Parmesan fries. We ordered everything except the burger. Oysters were small but tasty. Onlygot 5 large shrimp. Heard the horseradish was amazing (too hot for me). Ahi tuna tostadas were missing something. Dumpling wasokay. Fries could have fed 12. Drinks (4 total) were delicious. Had to wait to get our check. Mouth dropped when our ?HappyHour? meal for 2 ended up being $175, $200 with tip and the ?cash discount.? Happy hour oysters at $3 each?! As much as I wantedto try the full menu, think I?ll pass and only go in for the Starry Night. Read more

We went to Hamp & Harry's for Valentine's Day and really enjoyed the intimate setting (probably about 30 - 40 seats), extensive... drink selection and diverse menu selections. The staff was incredibly friendly and all the items from the chili mussels to theAustralian waygu we're amazing. Great option for a romantic dinner when you are in the Marietta Square.
