Oct 7 2022 We stopped in to grabbed what is usually a great side of delicious chili cheese fries, with onions. What we got was... a half empty container of fries, with very little chili, cheese or onions. This we didn't find out till we got home. Yourservice and food quality has been steadily going down hill. I don't know what the problem is, but you need to up your game, orwill just end up another empty building, what was once a great establishment. They had no ice, no ice cream, gave us the wrongdrink, no chili and short us order of French fries. First time at Freddy's and the food was great. The lettuce wrap covered the both patties, they brought us our concrete slightly... after the food delivery without being prompted, and the kitchen looked clean. Cons: the cashier took a while to help one of theother customers who went directly to him for sauce and the tables weren't very clean. Read more

We went to try the shakes. After seeing the menu we had lunch instead. I love the shoe string french fries. I had the patty melt... burger and my wife went with a hotdog. Service was quick. The staff looked like they actually enjoyed being there. Plenty ofparking. Next time I'm trying the brownie Sundae. Read more

Pretty poor experience, the guy at the counter couldn?t seem more unhappy to be there and was not very friendly when taking our... order. We ordered a couple of concretes which were okay, but the hot fudge sundae that appears on the menu came out lookingpathetic. Read more

Freddy's is a Steak & Shake copycat that has prices similar to a Five Guys but a larger selection of menu options. Burgers,... Chicken fingers, Hot dogs, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Concrete ?.aka Custard?, etc. Everything was prepared with care, the food wasquite good & I could taste the jump in quality compared to a McDonald's down the street. Though the vanilla in my father's icecream sundae was quite bland; the taste came mainly from the toppings. The inside has an old-timer diner feel to it mixed withsome 21st century. I can see a ton of 1st dates & high school gatherings here. ?Good food that keeps you coming back?? Husband and I went to grab dinner. We Ordered melted patty (7.**)and spicy chicken sandwich(5.**). I can?t believe I spent 6 $... (approx)for that chicken sandwich. I would have gotten better sandwich else where . Not worth for the price.
