Atmosphere is nice. Glad to see the doors open and you can eat there. They even have the peanuts again. However, when you order... an bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms and A1 sauce, you'd expect to get it. All I got was a cheeseburger. (Lookat pictures) The toppings are free, but a bacon cheeseburger costs more than a regular cheese burger. Read more

Prices too high for single burger, fried, coke. Service poor and workers spending time in back with customers waiting. Never... going back. Too many options. Mgmt seemed defensive when asking for status of order. Read more

Don?t count on your order being ready on time. They were late by 45 min last time I ordered. Wanted to give them another chance... so I ordered with a pickup time of 545. Then called to ensure that this time is not an issue. They said no problem. Here it is556. Not ready?.. too busy. I spent $35 on burgers and they can?t get times right? Read more

Was happy when this Five Guy?s location opened up near me a couple of years ago because I didn?t have to travel far to get Five... Guy?s anymore. Their burgers and fries are always tasty! The staff are customer-friendly! Read more

I love burgers, but I?m on a low sodium diet. Still, I treat myself to maybe one burger a week. I like the style of Five Guys... burgers - beef patty cooked to order in an open kitchen. A generous quantity of lettuce, tomato, onion and etc were fresh andcrisp. I paid about $10 for a double and $6 for a ?regular? sized order of fries - which are actually larger than what mostother places call ?large?, so that was a pleasant surprise. So far - so good. *** However, I was overwhelmed by the amount ofSALT in both the burger and fries. On a scale of 1 to 10, I?d rate it?s level of saltiness as a 10. If you prefer not to beoverwhelmed with salt, then I?d suggest making a special request when ordering to dial it back a bit. Read more

Ordered a lettuce wrap through UberEats. Bacon burger with the works. My food was delivered as two dry patties on top of... shredded lettuce and a bag full of ketchup even though ketchup was the one thing I didn't even want on what was supposed to be awrap. Read more

This is for the newest location in Marietta GA, at the intersection of Johnson Ferry and Roswell Rd. I tried to be very patient,... as I knew it was a newly opened 5 Guys and it was a Friday night after a very stressful election week. But still, it was barelyorganized chaos. The line for dine in orders was out the front door, literally. I couldn't get inside at first. I looked to theright and saw the online order/pickup line looked much shorter and decided to order online while in the store. This was a badidea. Because the curbside orders, DoorDashers, customers pickups and some in store orders were going through the same line. Itwas hard to tell if your order was ready or not, forcing you to ask the very flustered pickup order girl to ask the cook if yourorder was ready. But I kind of expected this experience, so I wasn't upset. And the staff was indeed working INCREDIBLY hard andquick. They even apologized for the delay. And the burger and fries were amazing as usual. I'm just happy to finally have a 5Guys closer to home for me! Will definitely go again, just be prepared to wait a bit on busy nights. Read more
