I love burgers, but I?m on a low sodium diet. Still, I treat myself to maybe one burger a week. I like the style of Five Guys... burgers - beef patty cooked to order in an open kitchen. A generous quantity of lettuce, tomato, onion and etc were fresh andcrisp. I paid about $10 for a double and $6 for a ?regular? sized order of fries - which are actually larger than what mostother places call ?large?, so that was a pleasant surprise. So far - so good. *** However, I was overwhelmed by the amount ofSALT in both the burger and fries. On a scale of 1 to 10, I?d rate it?s level of saltiness as a 10.
