Simply a terrific person, superior service, awesome attitude - just the kind of thing you don't often find infast food service anymore. You better give him a raise...Dont lose him! I love Firehouse and quite honestly I eat it more than a few times a week. That may change due to the experience I had at this... location. I ordered the meatball sub, which is a norm for me only to receive meatballs that were hard and burnt. I was not upsetor rude, I simply showed the sub to the employee and asked could I get something different. Her response stunned me. She stated,?the meatballs just come like that.? Her response implied that I should accept the sandwich because this is how it comes. Iasked for a refund and that was against policy?
