It took 25min to make 2 sandwiches (kids grilled cheese and med Italian). A lot of people were standing around waiting for their... meals. The CocaCola Freestyle machine was out of all diet drinks. The manager refused to fix it or offer a canned diet drink asa replacement. I returned again today (8/13) and it was a 30min wait for that same 2 sandwiches. Never again. I see severalreviews of the same problem but clearly Firehouse doesn't want to address these problems. 11/19 - I tired another time. Thistime I counted 12 people waiting for a sandwich. I waited 5min and no one came to the register to take an order. The older mansaid he can't take our order. I walked out and noticed there was no "Help Wanted" sign posted outside. Clearly after 3 monthsthere doesn't seem to be an attempt to fix this location. This was a Saturday at 1pm. Read more

Currently at firehouse now? we love this place first off! However the jerk behind the counter is rude and disrespectful to the... other associates not sure if he is the manager but if he is he?s terrible. He kept yelling at everyone saying well u will justhave to wait everyone had the same idea you did? ana and the other young man were very polite even apologized for how he wasspeaking to everyone.
