I try to give them multiple chances sense I live right by it. They mess up simple orders. Either forgetting something, not... filling up the cup all the way, and or messing up the order all together. It happens everyday. Read more

Avocado toast... was hot, fresh, and delicious ???? my Chai tea latte was less than a half a cup but it?s okay I never have time to drink thewhole thing anyway lol. Thank again will be back for sure. The worse DD I visited! Waited in line way too long, get to the window they didn't have what I ordered, I ordered something else... and they were terrible, worse glazed donuts I've ever had. This location is close to my home and convenient but I won't be goingback! Terrible, no one seemed to know what they were doing either. I've gotten better donuts at the gas station. Read more
Dunkin closes at 9pm on Saturdays, so when I headed over around 8:30 it was pretty much empty goods-wise. Despite that, the... gentleman who helped me (I didnt catch his name, he was at the drive through window) was incredibly helpful. I recommend theDunkin stays open a little later, but their customer service is really top notch! Read more
My previous review was not so good. However, over the last few months there has been great improvement!! Better service and... better coffee. Their donuts also taste fresh most of the time, which is a delight. Prince (I think he's the manager or shiftleader) is absolutely amazing. His level of customer service is unmatched. Very attentive and wants to make sure you aresatisfied. He needs a promotion or raise!!!! Read more
This was my first and last time coming to this location for Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a hot Matcha latte and the cup wasnt full... and it tasted watered down and I order mini bagels with chi and onion and they were burnt. Im scared to even try my jelly donutat this point. I will stick to the other Dunkin Donuts on Kennesaw Due road or something like that. Sorry I just moved downhere. Read more
