I have to tell you this place is a hit or miss. Donuts were not fresh ,coffee was not made right, breakfast sandwich for my son... was wrong. I know they can do better I just hate it being a gamble every single time I go by. Read more

Just went to the drive through and was greeted in the most polite and professional way by an employee named Emma!I called to... brag to her manager but the manager unfortunately was not there.If the owner or manager reads thus I hope you hang on the Emmabecause I go to a lot of drive through and am greet my rude people quite often so it was rare to hear such a polite persontaking my order. Promote that girl and let her know manners are appreciated and rare!! Read more

The reason they are getting a bad review is becauae I am serious about my coffee. I need it every morning. They are supposed to... be open at 5am. This is the 2nd time in the past week that I get there at 5:21 and they are still closed. If they were a fewminutes late opening, ok. But over 20 minutes is not right. And I see the man inside sitting at the counter on his phone. And hejust shrugs his shoulders when he sees me. Now I will have to get QT coffee. Not happy at all Read more

I will preface my review by saying this is specifically in regards to the milkshakes at this location. I ordered 2 milk shakes... and honestly what I received was not a milkshake. It was probably 90% milk and 10% ice cream and somehow they messed up theratio twice. So both milk shakes were basically just milk with ice cream floating on top. I wish I could add a video but all Ihave is a picture. Definitely do not recommend this location for a simple milk shake. Read more

I go to this location 2-3 times per week, and every time a white lady with brunette hair that looks to be in her early 30?s is... at the drive thru window, there?s some sort of issue. One time she complained that I put in my mobile order too late (I place itbefore I even pulled into the parking lot). Another time she said it wasn?t her fault that she gave away my mobile order becauseI placed the order too early. Another time she refused to give me a refund for discontinued products that I ordered thru theapp, and when I asked for another item of equal value so I could eat something for breakfast, she refused. This unnamed womanreally has an issue with the app, so I take my business elsewhere now. Read more

I hardly got any bacon on my bacon avocado toast,priced at $5, why are they being stingy. My coffee had more sugar than what I... asked for. While I was at the store. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he would kindly warm up the snakin bacon andthen the manager came over and told me they are not allowed to do it. I explained I get sick when I eat it cold. I understandthe protocol but if I'm a paying customer asking for a 5second warm up, why am I being argued with. EVERY VISIT there's alwaysan issue here. Instead of arguing with a customer just take the 5seconds to burn my bacon so I can leave happy. ALSO don't bestingy on the bacon avocado, if we're paying for it. Read more

I?ve been a Dunkin Donuts member for a while. I?m appalled by the way they handled the issue with the $3 advertisement for the... pumpkin spices lattes. I asked how to receive the discount, she said idk I guess scan the app. In which she did and nothing cameoff instead of my remaining balance (4.97) then proceeds to tell me the sale doesn?t start until tomorrow and that I owe 12¢.I?m not okay with this, I wanted clarity before proceeding. They need to get a grip on basic customer service skills. Read more
