I came in today for a frozen coffee and blueberry donut. While waiting in line I was very shocked at the amount of flies... touching the donuts. I alerted the cashier who seemed sleepy and she brushed it off. I alerted another worker and she alsoseemed more focus on her phone that customer service. Very new to area and love Dunkin, but I will not be coming backuntil Changes are made. Read more
I don't ever leave reviews, but today you guys really dropped the ball on customer service. The first time I went to this Dunkin... the service was ok, but they didn't have anything. Today I went, they didn't have anything and their service was terrible. Iordered a cold brew with extra cold foam and whatever donut they had(Because she kept advising me they didn't have any of theones I was asking for). The woman on the intercom was dry and kept getting annoyed by me asking what they had. She was also theone who made my drink and didn't give me the extra cold foam, so when I asked for more she rolled her eyes and walked away andthe manager looked at me and tooted her nose up and walked back to the back, leaving the rep in the window to add more and tryand explain why her coworkers had an attitude issue. I'm very simplistic and positive. You can really ruin some ones day withthat attitude. If you're having a bad day it shouldn't be projected on the people coming in. Apparently 11am is not a good time to eat here. It gets 2 stars for hot coffee though not much flavor. The breakfast sandwiches... tasted reheated and the potato hash browns tasted good but the bag was only 25% filled unlike the picture.. about 5 littlepotato nuggets. The pastries were stale. Went to this location this morning for the first time. What I ordered was a hot caramel latte with oat milk. I was told oat milk... was out so I accepted almond instead. When I got on the highway I realized what I got was one of THE WORSE cups of plain oldordinary coffee that I?ve ever had. That was almost TWO hours ago & I?m STILL trying to finish it. ?? I came here early for breakfast and ordered an ice matcha latte , I come here again in the evening and Now they don?t know or... understand what a matcha latte is , she completely gave me the wrong drink the first time , i proceeded to correct her the firsttime t LETTING her know I got the wrong item and if she could please get me a GREEN TEA MATCHA LATTE and this women gave me theworst drink ever , she at least got the color of the matcha BUT IT WASNT MATCHA IT was an expresso shot and the green part onthe bottom not sweetened or creamer just plain dark expresso shot with a lime green color :) thanks for my disgusting drink Read more
Food the sausage was warm but cheese cold, not even melted. The bread so flakey it fell apart in your hand. The coffee they made... which was ice was not blended just put in the cup. Thru it away along with the sandwich. Read more
