My favorite part about this particular location is that they have a bypass drive-thru line for those of us that place mobile... orders. Besides that, each time I have gone to this location, my drinks are ready when I get there and they are made just like Iordered them in the app. The employees have been pleasant and I will surely come through again soon. I went to the drive through today and the woman on the speaker greeted me with an abrupt ?Dunkin? then I started to ask for a... frozen Matcha Latte and she again abruptly interrupted me and said ?No Frozen!?. I simply asked ?why?? and she then yelled intothe speaker that ?THE MACHINE IS BROKEN!!? I was so appalled by the service here that I ended up driving away without purchasinganything. There are ways that you can tell your customers that the drink is not available without yelling at them and givingthem attitude!
