I innerstand short staff issues and all, atleast be mindful of your customers if you all see others standing in line to order... and all you have is a small sign saying only mobile or drive thru. Until I asked they still were hesitant in responding. Atleast put your flyer outside your door... Read more

Everytime I go they are out of something and I was supposed to get a refund for an order I placed with Apple Pay and I never got... it. Not very good customer service and the same older lady is always crabby. Read more

Donut rack where pretty much empty on Sunday morning. Very poor customer service. I had online order and waited 15 mins for... refund. They had a look as though they are doing a favor refunding even though it was due to having no selections. Read more

My favorite part about this particular location is that they have a bypass drive-thru line for those of us that place mobile... orders. Besides that, each time I have gone to this location, my drinks are ready when I get there and they are made just like Iordered them in the app. The employees have been pleasant and I will surely come through again soon. I went to the drive through today and the woman on the speaker greeted me with an abrupt ?Dunkin? then I started to ask for a... frozen Matcha Latte and she again abruptly interrupted me and said ?No Frozen!?. I simply asked ?why?? and she then yelled intothe speaker that ?THE MACHINE IS BROKEN!!? I was so appalled by the service here that I ended up driving away without purchasinganything. There are ways that you can tell your customers that the drink is not available without yelling at them and givingthem attitude! If I was her supervisor, I would be so disappointed in her attitude and the way she treats their customers. Read more
