Tried to order a cake, the staff saw us looking through the catalog and said to let us know when we decided, when we did they... informed us we could only order online. We asked how long they would need, they said 24 hours. We went home, tried to orderwhere the selection was slashed To bare bones, the web site then informed us it need 48 hours. Still we order?. Then we get acall from them and they say they can?t make it because they need 72 hours and they won?t write on it because they aren't cakedecorators. So because they waited 45 hours to inform us they hadn?t made it and won?t make it we?re going to dairy Queen to tryto salvage our daughters 6th birthday. The Manager and most the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I have been to this location about 5 diffrent times and every... single time they talk over you and mess up your order. I would be ashamed to have them work for me. The best thing Dunkin Donutscould do is fire most the people there and start over. I have wasted money because they can't do anything right!
