An absolute disaster. 4 out of 5 times they can't remember what you order and don't feel the need to ask again either. They just... pick what ever and wrap it so you think you got your correct order. I wish I didn't have more to say but I have also more thanonce recieved cold breakfast sandwiches which leads me to believe I'm just being given a sandwich that was made prior forsomeone else who returned it because they too are given an incorrect item. Super rude cashier and employees. I asked a question and a employee who was not even apart of our conversation said ?you?re... still going to complain?. No where in my question was a complaint and I found this extremely rude and disrespectful. They shooedme away, once I took a sip of my coffee, I realized they watered it down. Horrible experience. Asked for iced coffee they gave me hot, wen asked to for iced they took the hot and put iced, I specifically asked them not to... do that , when I returned it the second time and told them the coffee is hot they took it again ND made a smart remark andstarted to laugh, then they returned the coffee again and just added more ice to it. This is the second and last time I will be visiting this Dunkin' donuts store. The first time I went, the man in the drive-thru... hurried me through my order. He just kept repeating the total after I would order another item and then he'd say thank you pullaround. I don't normally go to Dunkin' donuts, but I visited because I had a few minutes before an appointment and there's noStarbucks around. So today I went for my second and last time. When I pull to the board I looked at the menu for maybe 60seconds, and the whole time he just kept talking and saying hello may I help you. The first time I went, I kept telling him I'dlike a minute to look at the menu, but he would keep talking. This second time, I decided I wouldn't say anything until I wasready to order because I didn't want to be rushed. After the 60 seconds I took to focus on the menu and decide what I wanted, Iprovided my order. No answer. I said hello? No answer. At that moment I decided to just drive off. I will never come here again.I don't think that it's necessary to rush customers through the drive-thru, nor do I think it is appropriate to ignore someoneafter they decide to take the amount of time that they need to in order to view a menu they're unfamiliar with. The Man indrive-through has some very serious issues with showing customers dignity and respect. Learn to be patient! Give people a minuteif they need that in order to decide what they want! Staff or perhaps the owner, is really not kind at all. Overheard him from the drivethru mentioning charging me for butter or... cream cheese (which i didn't mention during ordering) the coffee is bland and watery...From someone that was a loyal Dunkinfanatic since childhood, I'm just completely over the whole franchise. I came to pick up an order and since you stepped in everyone made visual contact and welcomed me! That was a first! I was taking... care of in an excellent prompt and efficient way!
