Ive orders many times yet they always make me wait over an hour just to cancel my order after it says its been delivered . Their... reason is due to ?safety concerns? I live in a nice neighborhood so I understand whats the issue is. If there was an incidentbetween one customer and a driver, that does not justify punishing an entire community from ordering in the future. I have beena long time customer but this is honestly making me question wether i will ever order from them again . Delivery is a greatoption for many families and having my order taken and paid for just to get canceled after waiting and having people expect foodis just unacceptable . Read more

I placed an order for pizza online for carry out. When I arrived to pick it up, it was waiting for me all nice and heated. It... looked like the employees have the option of being able to wear a mask or not. Same with customers coming into store. The pizzaitself was nice, and hot when I arrived.
