Good food. Great croquetas and black bean soup! Reasonably tasty Cuban sandwich, but as is typically the case in the Atlanta... area, this Cuban sandwich is soft, almost soggy, because it is not made with actual Cuban bread and is not finished in a presswhich is what's required to give the bread the delicate crunchiness of an authentic Cuban sandwich. If you are not Cuban, youwon't be disappointed with this sandwich. Read more

I'd never had Cuban food before; the portions are very generous and the flavor is fantastic. I got the ropa vieja sandwich and... paid a little extra to get the yuca con mojo as my side. Both were phenomenal. The ropa vieja had an incredible depth of flavor, and the sandwich was packed. The Cuban bread was a little crunchy but not so much that it would tear up your mouth. The yuca hada pleasant texture that was tender-but-chewy, and the onions and other seasoning perfectly balanced and just the right intensitynot to overpower the mild yuca. I enjoyed trying the Malta drink, too. We were a pretty big party, and there was some confusionabout whose order/check went with whom. The food all arrived at the same time, too. Appetizers, entrees, everything atonce. Overall, really great food. Very nice staff. Give them warning if you have a large group, though. Read more

One of the characteristics of Latin food is freshness... Freshness that you can feel in the flavor and the looks of the food.... This place definitely lacks of both. First, it says is a Cuban Dinner, but with all due respect, there's not a single Cubancooking. The flavor isn't Cuban at all. We ordered two "moro" ( rice with black beans), baked chicken and "fried cow", plustostones and fried yucca. The tostones were not fresh... Rice was almost cold. The chicken was tasteless and the worst: our foodwas ready like in 5-6 minutes( not exaggerating). That was a bad sign! After I complained to the manager, they just said thateverything was fresh and that maybe we weren't used to the Cuban taste... I was born and raised in the Caribbean!!! They chargedthe full amount of the check ( more than $40). As a person who has eaten Cuban food many times, I can tell you this place is notoffering the Cuban taste at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a good meal and having a taste ofCuban food. Read more
